President - Michael Peirce
Michael Peirce is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in pharma and healthcare marketing, sales, market research and general management. He has held senior positions with some of North America's most respected pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. His experience bridges prescription pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, medical devices and vision care. Mike has designed and implemented many innovative marketing and research services targeting health professionals and patients. One business Mike designed and built - a direct-response marketing service targeting physician specialists - earned international recognition and saved his pharma clients more than $10 million in marketing costs. He has also designed and executed telecommunication and marketing programs for some of North America's largest pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Mike holds an MBA (Marketing) from Queen’s University and a B.Sc. (Chemistry) from the University of Western Ontario.

Strategic Research Consultant - Leon Wahler
Leon Wahler is one of the most respected health science marketing researchers in Canada. With more than 25 years of pharma/healthcare experience and 20 years as professional marketing researcher, Leon brings a wealth of knowledge and consulting experience to LiveContact. Leon oversees all elements of LiveContact's research including study design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, project management, qualitative research, data analysis, final reporting and presentation of findings.
Leon was previously employed with two of the leading pharma research providers in Canada and has conducted studies throughout North America and Europe. He is fluently bilingual, giving him the ability to conduct focus groups and in-depth interviews in both English and French. He is particularly respected in the area of chronic illness research. Leon has taught marketing research at the university level and holds an MBA from Concordia University and a B.Sc. from McGill University.
